Age requirements: 5 yrs. and above

Every Sunday, Time: 10:45am to 11:45am

Hindi Class started over two decades ago by a handful of parents wanting to teach their children Hindi. Keeping up to that tradition now 

Hindi Class meets every Sunday from 10:45 - 11:45am during the school year. We have various levels from ages 5 and up, teaching from the basic alphabets, songs to advance reading, writing. 

Classes will be held in person at Hindu Temple of Rochester premises, 120 Pinnacle Road Pittsford NY 14534.

During every Indian festival and events (like Diwali, Dasara, Holi, Republic Day, Gandhi Jayanti and etc..) we encourage students to write a small essay or a few words and speak at the assembly.

We take test at the end of each session. At the end of year, we conclude with Annual day filled with Songs, Poems, Skits, Plays, Game Shows and Jokes performed by the students.

We are very fortunate to have committed volunteers to teach Hindi Class year after year.   We would always welcome if anyone is interested in joining the team.

We would like to thank the Hindu Temple for providing us the opportunity to teach little bit of Indian culture to Children in Rochester.
